A soundless rock demolition by use of hydraulic prressure has come into reality !
You drill holes by any rock drillers. Then you use expanding cylinders . First you need to inset the cylinders with 11 pistons. In the holes the splitting cylinders expand by the hydraulic pressure. The holes are drilled by drillers over 120cm deep( in vertical splitting). After applying the hydraulic pressure, the holes will fracture. Then the splitters shrinks back to original shape( round). Take out the cylinders. Repeat the process . After rocks are cracked/fractured, breakers are used to remove the rocks. |
